This week's special is a Tibetan classic. It contains chopped glass noodles, wild mushrooms and fresh veg. Don't let the glass noodle bit trick you into thinking of this as a noodle dish - in Tibet it is eaten with rice.

Refrigerating and Freezing:

All our food is cooked fresh on the day and can be stored in the fridge for three days from the point of delivery. It can also be placed directly into the freezer. If frozen, please consume within three months.

Reheating instructions:

We always encourage reheating on the hob. We don't have a microwave ourselves, and the hob surely provides the most thorough results.

In either case, add a little boiling water before you reheat. This releases the juices from the food which have become absorbed during the chill-down process.

Please note that our containers may be used for reheating in the oven if you like, but not the microwave.

A note on food and COVID-19:

You are extremely unlikely to catch COVID-19 from food. There is currently no evidence to suggest that transmission occurs through the foodborne route. We are scrupulous about food hygiene and always do everything we can to maintain our 5-star hygiene rating. If you are worried about food packaging, you can decant your food into your own containers on delivery. All our packaging is recyclable: please dispose of it responsibly.
