Every Tibetan family has their own unique momo recipe. Meat momos are usually made from yak meat (ours are made with beef!). Veg momos are made from a wide range of different seasonal vegetables, according to what is available locally. Our veg momos are always vegan, and they are made of a green mix comprised of spinach, Chinese chives and sweetheart cabbage.
